Yan Borodanski represents debtors, trustees and creditors in all stages of bankruptcy litigation. Additionally, Yan has represented lenders, financial institutions, and servicers throughout the entirety of foreclosure proceedings.
Prior to joining CSG, Yan served as a Bankruptcy Associate for several New York based firms, where he applied his bankruptcy litigation background to advise corporate debtors on the treatment of financial transactions in bankruptcy court and guide his clients through the chapter 11 restructuring process. Notably, he held an internship with the Honorable Robert E. Grossman of the United States Bankruptcy Court, Eastern District of New York.
Yan earned both his Bankruptcy LL.M. and J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law and his B.A. from CUNY Baruch College Weismann School of Arts & Sciences.
