The CSG Family Law Group handles all types of family and matrimonial matters ranging from uncontested marital dissolutions to sophisticated and complex litigation involving, for example, the valuation and distribution of professional practices, business interests, and various other assets.

Drawing on the capabilities of complementary practices within the firm, CSG Law has the unique ability to assist clients with a full-service team of attorneys focused on real estate and business-related concerns, as well as trusts and estates, tax, litigation, and other corporate issues. Members of our Group also have extensive experience preparing various agreements, including cohabitation, marital, premarital, separation, reconciliation, property settlement, and division of assets, among others.

Our attorneys have lectured extensively and are the authors of a leading three-volume treatise covering family law statutes and procedures in New Jersey, as well as a nationally published book, That Will Never Happen to Us, which offers insight into the financial, emotional and familial considerations that must go into a successful and lasting relationship.
