Xavier M. Bailliard is a Member in the CSG Law Litigation Group.

Xavier focuses his practice on complex civil litigation. He regularly represents domestic and international clients in a wide variety of commercial matters in federal and state courts, involving, among others, complex contract disputes, partnership and shareholder disputes, commercial torts, consumer fraud, and RICO claims.

Prior to joining CSG Law, Xavier practiced as a partner at a New York law firm, clerked for the Honorable Joseph A. Dickson, U.S.M.J. for the U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey, and was an associate at two regional law firms in Florida and North Carolina.

Xavier earned his J.D. from Duke University School of Law and his B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

He is fluent in French.
