Usma Ashraf-Khan is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Group.
Before joining CSG Law, Usma served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Edward S. Kiel, U.S. Magistrate Judge, District of New Jersey, as an associate at a northern New Jersey law firm, and as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Ellen L. Koblitz (Ret.), P.J.A.D. with the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division.
During her time at Rutgers Law School, where she earned her J.D., Usma was Editor-in-Chief of the Rutgers Law Record, and she served as the president of the Rutgers Law School Muslim Law Students Association. She also interned for the Honorable Jose L. Linares (Ret.), Chief District Judge, District of New Jersey, and the Honorable Patty Shwartz of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
Usma earned her B.A. from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey.
Usma is fluent in Urdu and Hindi.
