Sara Izrailev practices with the firm’s Real Estate, Development & Land Use Group, where she represents a variety of clients in a broad range of real estate dispositions, acquisitions, leasing and financing transactions.

Prior to joining CSG Law, Sara worked as a real estate associate for ten years – gaining significant experience in negotiating contracts of sales and advising cooperative and condominium boards on various matters including amending by-laws and proprietary leases. Sara’s work involved reviewing title report searches and board minutes, preparing tax transfer forms, along with attending closings and assembling financial closing statements.

Sara earned her J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, Yeshiva University – where she participated in a two-week Intensive Trial Advocacy Program (ITAP) focusing on litigation skills. Sara received her B.A. from McGill University with Joint Honors in Sociology and Jewish Studies.
