Industry Experience
Sandra F. Rosenband is counsel in the firm’s Real Estate, Development and Land Use Group. Her practice focuses on banking and finance transactions, with an emphasis on representing institutional lenders and private banks in acquisition, refinancing and construction financing. Sandra also represents owners and developers of commercial real estate in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions.
Prior to joining the firm, Sandra was an associate at Zeichner Ellman & Krause, LLP where she was involved in a wide range of secured lending transactions and general corporate matters.
Sandra received her J.D. from the George Washington University School of Law and her B.A. from the University of Michigan.
