Samantha E. Holleritter practices with the firm’s Litigation Group.
Before joining CSG Law, Samantha served as a law clerk to the Honorable Noah Franzblau in the Superior Court of New Jersey in Morristown, where she drafted Statement of Reasons attached to the judge’s decisions for civil motions, conducted legal research and served as a mediator to settle District Court, Small Claims and Landlord Tenant cases.
Additionally, Samantha worked as a summer associate at a New York law firm where she collaborated with attorneys on FOIL motions involving traffic violations and personal injury litigations and drafted a Petition for Certification.
Samantha earned her J.D. from New York Law School, where she was named to the Dean’s Leadership Council, and her B.A. in Political Science & Criminology from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
