Nicholas A. Grieco is a Member in the firm’s Litigation Group.

Nicholas focuses his practice on governmental and municipal litigation, commercial and business litigation, insurance defense litigation, tort litigation, corporate general counsel services, mediation and arbitration. He has extensive experience handling tort claims under N.J.S.A. 59:1-1, et seq., CEPA claims, LAD claims, and §1983 claims.

In addition, he has served as a Mediator, Panelist and Special Master in a number of federal and state litigation matters, and has served on both the Essex County Utilities Authority and the Essex County Improvement Authority as a Commissioner.

Nicholas earned his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1990, and his B.S.B.A. degree from the University of Delaware in 1987.
