Milan Jakubcak is counsel in the CSG Law Tax Group. He has assisted U.S. and non-U.S. clients on a broad range of tax matters related to mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, and restructurings.
Before joining CSG Law, Milan served as a manager in the Mergers and Acquisition Tax groups of two multinational professional services companies. He was also an associate at a regional law firm.
Milan earned his L.L.M. from New York University School of Law, his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law, and his B.A. from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey. During his time at Seton Hall, he served as a student attorney in the Juvenile Justice Clinic, as an extern with the Office of Chief Counsel for the Internal Revenue Service, and as an intern with the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
