Real Estate, Development & Land Use  •  

May Lee is Counsel with the firm’s Real Estate, Development & Land Use Group. She focuses her practice on all aspects of commercial real estate transactions with an emphasis in financing, sale and purchase transactions and leasing. May represents lenders and borrowers on a broad range of commercial real estate financing matters. Her practice involves the financing of various asset types, including shopping centers, office buildings, hotels and multifamily properties. In the area of leasing, May’s experience includes representing landlords and tenants with respect to a range of commercial real estate properties, including offices, industrial properties, shopping centers, mixed use retail and warehouse facilities.

While pursuing her law degree, May also earned a Master of Public Administration. After attending law school, she served as a law clerk for Judge Thomas Smith, Jr. in the Burlington County Superior Court of New Jersey in the criminal division.
