Kelly Kortes practices with the firm’s Litigation Group.
Before joining CSG Law, Kelly clerked for the Honorable Nesle A. Rodriguez, with the New Jersey Superior Court, Criminal Division. In this role, she drafted judicial decisions involving criminal statutes and procedure, analyzed, and researched evidentiary questions of law, completed sentencing memos, and more.
Kelly earned her J.D., cum laude, from Seton Hall University School of Law, where she was a student attorney for Seton Hall Law’s Center for Social Justice Family Law Clinic. She received her B.A., cum laude, in Politics and Communications from Fairfield University.
