Jyoti Tibrewala Agarwal serves as Of Counsel with the firm’s Immigration Group.

Jyoti has more than 15 years of experience providing client-centered counsel on complex immigration issues to multinational corporations, start-ups, and individuals. As part of her practice, Jyoti helps clients achieve their business objectives by developing holistic immigration strategies that minimize risk and ensure compliance.

At CSG Law, Jyoti focuses her practice on employment- and investment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant visa categories, including H-1B, L-1, O-1, PERM, EB-1A/EB-1C, NIW, EB-2/EB-3, EB-5 petitions, and adjustment of status petitions. She also has experience with family-based immigration, filing petitions for immediate relatives and other family preference categories, adjustment of status applications, Consular Processing, and Naturalization.

Before joining the firm, Jyoti practiced at various law firms around the world, including her own consultancy practice for more than 10 years.

Jyoti is admitted to practice in the State of New York and is also a Solicitor of England & Wales. She earned her LL.M (Corporate & Finance Law) from Wayne State University, Detroit and her B. Com., LL.B. and LL.M (Commercial Law) from the University of Bombay, India.

Jyoti is fluent in English, Hindi, Gujarati and Marathi and she has reading knowledge of French.
