Juan Olivo practices with the firm’s Equipment Leasing & Finance Group.
Before CSG Law, Juan was an associate at various New York-based law firms where he gained experience managing, pursuing, and defending breaches of contract, as well as commercial foreclosures. Juan is versatile in his practice, providing counsel on a wide range of complex commercial disputes, including financial services litigation and general commercial disputes. He also handles corporate and transactional matters, such as drafting, consulting, operating, and placement agreements.
During law school, Juan was the Alumni Affairs and Symposium Editor for Vol. 37 of the Hofstra Labor & Employment Law Journal. He also served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Ramon A. Reyes. Jr. in the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of New York.
Juan earned his J.D., cum laude, from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University and his B.A. from the State University of New York at New Paltz.
Juan is fluent in Spanish.
