Practice Areas
Jeanelly Nuñez is an Associate in the firm’s Litigation Group. Jeanelly works on a variety of matters, including complex civil disputes, white collar criminal defense cases, and internal investigations. She is involved in nearly all phases of litigation, from pre-trial issues, dispositive motion practice, and preparing for trial.
Jeanelly returned to CSG Law after serving as a law clerk to the Honorable José R. Almonte, U.S.M.J., of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. Prior to working for the United States District Court, Jeanelly also clerked in the General Equity Part of the Chancery Division for the Honorable Jeffrey R. Jablonski, now-Assignment Judge for the Hudson County Superior Court. Jeanelly’s extensive judicial experience allows her to provide clients with valuable guidance through the court process in both state and federal court.
Jeanelly earned her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law, where she was Co-Chair of the Seton Hall Mock Trial Board, a student attorney for the Civil Litigation Clinic, and student liaison to the Hispanic Bar Association of New Jersey. While attending law school, Jeanelly also served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Esther Salas, U.S.D.J., of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. Jeanelly earned her B.A., in English, from Rutgers University.
Jeanelly speaks Spanish fluently and is conversational in Italian.
