Graham K. Staton is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Group.

Graham focuses his practice on defense of matters involving OPRA, Federal and State Constitutional claims, and employment discrimination litigation.

Before joining CSG Law, Graham served as an associate at a northern New Jersey law firm and he clerked for the Honorable Craig R. Harris, J.S.C. in Essex County. He also practiced law with the Rutgers Law Associates Fellowship Program, a general practice firm that serves low-to-moderate income clients in New Jersey.

Graham earned his J.D. from Rutgers School of Law – Camden in 2016, and his B.S. and B.A. from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2013.
