David G. Heeb practices with the firm’s Corporate & Securities Group.
David has extensive experience in M&A, corporate finance, capital markets, data privacy and protection, intellectual property, and general commercial matters. He advises corporate, private equity and other clients on a full range of transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, minority investments, joint ventures, collaborations, spinoffs, carve-outs, divestitures, dispositions, and restructurings. His practice also includes company formation, governance and reorganization, financing, commercial transactions, employment matters, shareholder relations and other general matters.
David represents clients across a broad variety of industries, including life sciences, technology, financial services, investment management, agriculture, manufacturing, construction, transportation and media content development and distribution.
While attending Columbia Law School, David was named a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and served as the Executive Editor of the Columbia Journal of Environmental Law. He received his B.S., in Environmental Sciences, from Rutgers University.
