Darren Schweibel practices with the firm’s Corporate & Securities Group.
Prior to joining CSG Law, Darren worked as an associate for a full-service corporate law firm. In this role, he worked directly with client senior management teams, board members and shareholders throughout all phases of complex mergers and acquisitions. Additionally, Darren drafted and revised asset, stock and membership interest purchase agreements, joint venture agreements and master service agreements.
Darren earned his J.D. from New York Law School, where he served on the Moot Court Association’s Executive Board. While in law school, Darren also worked as a legal intern for a global sports technology company and reviewed licensing agreements and partnerships. Darren received his B.A., in Government & Politics, from the University of Maryland.
