Caroline J. Pellegrino practices with the firm’s Real Estate Group.
Before CSG Law, Caroline was an associate at several regional law firms where she represented financial institutions in a range of commercial lending and real estate financing transactions including loan originations, refinancings, acquisitions and modifications. She has also provided guidance to clients on complex loan restructurings, including forbearance agreements and settlement arrangements.
During law school, Caroline was an active member in a variety of organizations, such as the Student Bar Association, Barrister’s Ball Committee and the Women’s Law Forum. She also served as a business and subscriptions editor for the Women’s Rights Law Reporter. After graduating, Caroline was a law clerk for the Honorable Joseph G. Monaghan, J.S.C.
Caroline earned her J.D. from Rutgers Law School and her B.S., in Science of Economics, from The Pennsylvania State University.
