Ashley L. Matias practices with the firm’s Employment Law Group, where she represents management and individuals in both the private and public sector.
Before joining CSG Law, Ashley served as an associate for a northern New Jersey law firm and held a clerkship for the Honorable Peter J. Melchionne, P.J.F.P. in the Bergen County Vicinage.
Ashley earned her J.D. and a Public Interest Certificate from New York Law School, where she was awarded the Dr. Max Reich Award for Excellence in Civil Trial Advocacy and the Professor Robert R. Rosenthal Award for Excellence in New York Practice. She received her B.A., in Justice Studies, along with an ABA-approved Paralegal Certification from Montclair State University.
