Adelina M. Sklyar

Adelina M. Sklyar works in the firm’s Real Estate, Development & Land Use Group. She manages and directs all aspects of commercial transactions, real estate, corporate and business law practice. Adelina has extensive experience in all aspects of real estate transactions, including sale and purchase transactions, development acquisitions, commercial real estate structured financing, mortgage financing, mezzanine financing and real estate management.

Adelina also has vast knowledge in closing construction loans, SBA 504 transactions, Industrial Development Agency Bond and other government-insured financing. Adelina has proven success in negotiating commercial leases and Subordination, Non-Disturbance and Attornment Agreements on behalf of lenders and landlords with multi-state tenants and franchises.

Prior to joining CSG Law, Adelina served as Counsel for Thompson Hine LLP and was a Partner at Ferro, Kuba, Mangano, Sklyar, P.C. – both in New York City.

Adelina is fluent in Russian.
