NJBIZ Features CSG's Thomas Trautner Among 2020 Commercial Real Estate Power 50

Thomas J. Trautner, a Member with Chiesa Shahinian & Giantomasi PC’s (“CSG”) Real Estate, Development & Land Use Group, has been named to NJBIZ’s 2020 Commercial Real Estate Power 50 – a recognition of the most influential leaders in New Jersey’s commercial real estate sector.

Tom – a well-respected attorney within the State’s real estate, legal, and land use and zoning regulatory communities – is deeply experienced in matters involving redevelopment and land use, eminent domain, affordable housing, community associations and real estate litigation.

NJBIZ said of Tom, “With the emergence of COVID-19, Trautner’s experience was relied upon by clients spanning the real estate world as they sought to navigate an increasingly complex and evolving legal and real estate landscape.”

The publication further touts his leadership of the Urban Land Institute Northern New Jersey – saying, “In addition to his role as a real estate partner with Chiesa Shahinian & Giantomasi PC, Trautner serves as co-chair of Urban Land Institute Northern New Jersey, one of the state’s preeminent real estate organizations, where he has helped the non-profit successfully navigate the challenges of COVID-19 and continue to provide a diverse array of programming and insight to its membership.”

Francis J. Giantomasi, a Member with the firm’s Real Estate, Development & Land Use Group and CSG Executive Committee member, adds, “Whether from his post as Co-Chair of ULI-NNJ or as a leader in our real estate litigation practice, Tom is an exceptional attorney, businessperson and – especially important in his role – problem solver. The CSG family congratulates our valued colleague and eagerly awaits his continued contributions in support of New Jersey’s real estate sector.”
