The Hospitality Law Conference: Structuring EB-5 Capital for Hotel/Restaurant Franchises

On May 10, from 9:35 – 10:05 am, Marisa Rauchway leader of the Franchise Team at CSG Law, and Samuel Newbold, Chair of the CSG Law Immigration Group, will speak at The Hospitality Law Conference in Houston, TX on the topic, “Structuring EB-5 Capital for Hotel/Restaurant Franchises.”

During their panel, the audience will receive an overview of the EB-5 Program and how EB-5 capital is typically structured in hotel and restaurant projects, as well as some of the general issues that can arise with EB-5 capital in these types of asset classes.
