Seton Hall University School of Law J.D. Candidate Earns First CSG Law Scholarship

Chiesa Shahinian & Giantomasi PC (“CSG Law”) congratulates Seton Hall University School of Law J.D. candidate Alejandra Aguirre, Class of 2025, for earning the first annual CSG Law scholarship.

In 2022, CSG Law funded endowments of $50,000 at both Seton Hall University School of Law and Rutgers University Law School to commemorate the firm’s 50th anniversary.

“Half of our attorneys were educated in New Jersey’s law schools,” said Jeffrey S. Chiesa, a Member of the Executive Committee of CSG Law. “Our hope is that these endowments will enable more students to pursue their passion for the law at these institutions.”

“Giving back is deeply engrained in the firm’s culture,” said Francis J. Giantomasi, a Member of the Executive Committee of CSG Law. “Endowing scholarships at the state’s two schools honors our firm’s 50-year legacy, while also investing in the future.”

The recipients of the endowment must be full-time students with outstanding academic records. Preference for the scholarships will be given to students who are first generation law students, have overcome socio-economic or educational hardship, and/or have demonstrated experience in or commitment to working with historically underserved communities.
