Seton Hall University School of Law: Accountability Requirements International Data Transfers
On March 5, from 8:45 am – 6:10 pm, Michelle A. Schaap, Chair of the CSG Law Tech, Privacy and Data Innovations Group, will serve as a speaker at the Certified Information Privacy Professional Europe (CIPP/E) Bootcamp hosted by Seton Hall University School of Law. Ms. Schaap’s panel, “Accountability Requirements International Data Transfers,” will cover European laws and regulatory structures, including concepts governing European data collection and ethical issues faced by data privacy professionals conducting business in Europe.
