Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association: C&L Conference – A Complex Frontier: State Laws and Regulation
On March 24, at 10:00 – 11:00 am, Lisa M. Colone, Chair of CSG Law’s Securities Enforcement Group and Practice Group Leader of the Litigation Group, will serve as a moderator at the 2026 Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association (SIFMA) C&L Annual Seminar in Orlando, Florida. Ms. Colone will moderate “A Complex Frontier: State Laws and Regulation” panel, which covers the political environment and state securities laws, the NASAA Model Rule and guidelines process, hot topics in state legislation, and state enforcement trends.
