Rutgers Law School: Criminal Sentencing Roundtable
Danielle M. Corcione will participate in a Rutgers Law School virtual Criminal Sentencing Roundtable on Wednesday, February 9, from 5:30 – 7:40 PM. This program will bring together perspectives from federal and state court judges, prosecutors, and criminal defense attorneys to discuss common issues in sentencing practice and advocacy. Panelists will cover topics such as plea agreement restrictions, pre-sentence investigation reports, sentencing memoranda, and effective approaches to courtroom advocacy.
