NJTV News: NJ is One of Few States to Impose Two “Death Taxes”
Managing Director and member of the firm’s Trust & Estates Group, David L. Schlossberg, was featured in a NJTV News segment discussing New Jersey’s estate and inheritance taxes on August 25, 2014. The report indicates that New Jersey may soon be the only state with two death taxes, forcing residents to make difficult decisions about their estate.
