NJICLE: Texts, Lies and Videotape? Ethical Considerations for Legal Investigations in 2018
The Honorable Patricia K. Costello will serve as a moderator during a New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education program titled, “Texts, Lies and Videotape? Ethical Considerations for Legal Investigations in 2018,” on June 5, 2018. The seminar, scheduled from 5:30 – 8:30 pm at the New Jersey Law Center in New Brunswick, will provide practical advice for the legal practitioner including how to stay within the bounds of legal and ethical rules when consulting/hiring a third party to assist in the investigation.
