Newark Regional Business Partnership: Real Estate Market Forum
On June 24, Francis J. Giantomasi, Co-Chair of the CSG Law Executive Committee and a Member in the Redevelopment, Land Use & Zoning Group, will serve as a speaker at the Newark Regional Business Partnership (NRBP) 2026 Real Estate Market Forum. Mr. Giantomasi’s panel, “Development in Practice – The Frictionless City,” will explore the processes that help projects create friction that slows them down, including permitting, zoning, regulation, incentives, and inter-agency coordination.
