New York Intellectual Property Law Association: Perspectives on Mediating and Arbitrating Trademark/Copyright Disputes
On June 24, from 4:30 – 5:20 pm, Abigail J. Remore, a Member in the CSG Law Trademarks & Copyrights Group, will serve as a speaker at the New York Intellectual Property Law Association’s (NYIPLA) annual “Hot Topics in Trademark and Copyright Law” program. Ms. Remore’s panel, “Perspectives on Mediating and Arbitrating Trademark/Copyright Disputes,” will discuss copyright and trademark issues in regard to mediation and arbitration.
