New Jersey State Bar Association 2026 Annual Meeting & Convention: Point C Divorces, and Mediation – Addressing the REAL Best Interests of the Child
On May 13, from 9:30 – 11:00 am. Alyssa A. Bartholomew, an associate in the CSG Law Family Law Group, will serve as a speaker at the New Jersey State Bar Association’s (NJSBA) 2026 Annual Meeting & Convention. Ms. Bartholomew’s panel, “Point C Divorces, and Mediation – Addressing the REAL Best Interests of the Child,” will offer tips for mediators on ways to address and attempt to break through stalemates in mediation of highly contentious custody and parenting-time litigation.
