New Jersey State Bar Association 2026 Annual Meeting & Convention: Franchise Law Fundamentals – A Primer for Business Attorneys
On May 15, from 10:15 am – 12:00 pm, Mauro G. Tucci Jr., Member in the CSG Law Litigation Group, will serve as a moderator at the New Jersey State Bar Association’s (NJSBA) 2026 Annual Meeting & Convention. Mr. Tucci will be joined by Marisa Rauchway, Practice Group Leader of the CSG Law Litigation Group and leader of the firm’s Franchise Team, for the panel, “Franchise Law Fundamentals: A Primer for Business Attorneys.” The panel will provide business lawyers with the foundational knowledge needed to navigate the evolving landscape of franchise law, such as essential provisions in franchise agreements, identifying hidden franchises and understanding their implications, and typical disputes and how they arise.
