New Jersey Planning & Redevelopment Conference 2023: The Good, The Bad, & The Ugly: The State of Warehouse Development in New Jersey
On June 23, from 2:30 – 3:45 pm, Lisa A. John-Basta and Jennifer M. Porter, Members of the CSG Law Real Estate, Development & Land Use Group, will speak at the New Jersey Future & New Jersey Chapter of the American Planning Association’s “New Jersey Planning & Redevelopment Conference 2023.” Their panel, “The Good, The Bad, & The Ugly: The State of Warehouse Development in New Jersey,” will explore the state of warehouse development in New Jersey, ways to resolve community impacts associated with warehouse development at the local level and during the land use approval process, and the impact of the State’s adoption of the Distribution Warehousing and Goods Movement Guidelines.
