New Jersey Business & Industry Association: Implementing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace Without Creating Legal Liability
On September 21, from 9:30 – 10:45 am, Melissa A. Salimbene, Practice Group Leader of the CSG Law Employment Law Group, will speak at New Jersey Business & Industry Association’s (NJBIA) virtual meeting, “Implementing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace Without Creating Legal Liability,” presented by their Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Council. She will discuss the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) within the workplace and provide practical tips on how to successfully implement such programs to minimize the risk of legal exposure. Jason Holt, Co-Chair of the CSG Law DEI Committee, will moderate the discussion.
