National Equipment Finance Summit: Bridging the Gap on Commercial Financing Disclosures
Chair of CSG Law’s Equipment Leasing & Asset Based Lending Group, Robert L. Hornby, will participate in the National Equipment Finance Association’s Finance Summit on Thursday, March 24th, from 1:30 – 2:30 PM. The panel entitled, “Bridging the Gap on Commercial Financing Disclosures,” will discuss legislation proposed in both California and New York and how this requires new disclosures to borrowers in commercial loan transactions.
