In addition to transactional work, Michelle advises clients across a variety of industries, providing ongoing advice on governance, commercial agreements, ownership matters, and strategic business decisions while building lasting relationships with them as they grow their businesses.

She has been included in The Best Lawyers in America® “Ones to Watch” for Corporate Law, selected to the New Jersey Super Lawyers – Rising Stars list for Business/Corporate, and, most recently, honored by the Commerce and Industry Association of New Jersey as an Enterprising Women in Commerce for Law in 2026.
Adela’s practice focuses on copyright and trademarks matters. During law school, Adela was managing editor of the Women’s Rights Law Reporter, president of the Rutgers Mental Health Association, secretary of the Women’s Law Forum, and an academic success teaching fellow. She graduated from Rutgers Law School, cum laude, in 2025.
