Michael Oliveira To Join Office of Essex County Counsel
Chiesa Shahinian & Giantomasi (CSG Law) congratulates Michael Oliveira on his new role in the Office of Essex County Counsel.

At CSG Law, Michael represented developers on land use, commercial transactions and finance matters as part of the Redevelopment, Land Use & Zoning Group. Michael has successfully handled hundreds of applications for residential and commercial developments before various Planning and Zoning Boards of Adjustment and represents numerous lending institutions in commercial loan transactions.
Before CSG Law, Michael was a counsel at a North Jersey-based law firm and a partner at a Newark law firm for more than 20 years.
