LSRP Association: The Latest of A-901 and Dirty Dirt – Rulemaking, Compliance and Best Practices
On March 26, from 8:30 – 10:00 am, Patrick T. Mottola, a Member in the CSG Law Environmental Group, and Michael Spinello, Counsel in the CSG Law Environmental Group, will serve as speakers at the 2026 New Jersey Site Remediation Conference hosted by the LSRP Association. Their panel, “The Latest of A-901 and Dirty Dirt – Rulemaking, Compliance and Best Practices,” will provide updates on New Jersey’s A-901 statute and clarify the program’s scope to aid businesses in determining if an A-901 license is necessary for their fill work.
