In-House Connect: Employment Law for In-House Counsel – How to Engage in the Interactive Process and Discipline Employees While Complying with the ADA
On March 22, Lindsay A. Dischley, a Member of the CSG Law Employment Law Group, and Melissa A. Salimbene, Practice Group Leader of the CSG Law Employment Law Group, will speak at In-House Connect’s program, “Employment Law for In-House Counsel: How to Engage in the Interactive process and Discipline Employees while Complying with the ADA.” Ms. Dischley and Ms. Salimbene will discuss an employer’s obligation to engage in the interactive process and provide reasonable accommodations to current employees and job applicants who may need such an accommodation due to a disability.
