Gasparine Teaches Public Finance to Rutgers Masters Students
On February 2, 2016, Tricia Gasparine was a guest lecturer at Rutgers University School of Public Administration. The class, titled “Economic Issues in Public Administration,” is a core requirement for students seeking a master’s degree in Public Administration and teaches, among other things, the various ways governments raise and borrow funds. The presentation provided an overview of public finance, including federal tax and securities law issues, as well as economic considerations facing governmental issuers.
