Garden State Bar Association: AI Under the Microscope – Emerging Securities Enforcement Risks for Public Companies
On March 10, Lisa M. Colone, Chair of the CSG Law Securities Enforcement Group, will serve as a speaker at the Garden State Bar Association’s 6th Annual Corporate Counsel Forum. Ms. Colone’s panel, “AI Under the Microscope-Emerging Securities Enforcement Risks for Public Companies,” will cover how to identify current SEC priorities and enforcement themes involving AI use and evaluate legal risks from AI financial reporting, while advising participants on designing compliance, disclosure, and oversight frameworks for the evolving regulatory landscape.
