Francis J. Giantomasi Tapped as 2023 ROI-NJ Health Care Influencer – Sector Star
Francis J. Giantomasi, a Member with Chiesa Shahinian & Giantomasi PC’s (“CSG Law”) Redevelopment, Land Use & Zoning Group, has been named to ROI-NJ’s 2023 Health Care Influencers – Sector Stars list. The publication chose him based specifically on his role as Chair of the Board of Trustees of Newark Beth Israel Medical Center and Children’s Hospital of New Jersey (“NBIMC”).
“[Frank] is the influential and impactful chair of the board of Newark Beth Israel, one of the top boards in the sector — and in the state,” ROI-NJ said.
NBIMC, as well as the larger RWJ Barnabas Health System, has benefitted from Frank’s vision and steady-handed leadership over course of the pandemic and in navigating the road to recovery. Drawing on his statewide real estate development practice, experiences and deep influence within the sector, Frank has been one of the leading minds behind Newark Beth’s ambitious “Newark Strong” renovation project, which is currently underway and positioned to change the face of the city’s South Ward.
Outside of his involvement with NBIMC, Frank has been previously recognized by the Arthritis Foundation and Pillar Care Continuum (formerly Cerebral Palsy of North Jersey) with the organizations’ Health Champion of the Year (2016) and Man of the Year (2014) awards, respectively.
