Equipment Leasing & Finance Association: Credit & Collections Management Conference & Exhibition
On June 4, Robert L. Hornby, Chair and Practice Group Leader of the CSG Law Equipment Leasing & Finance Group, will serve as a speaker at the Equipment Leasing & Finance Association’s (ELFA) 2026 Credit & Collections Management Conference & Exhibition. Mr. Hornby will be speaking on two panels – one titled “General Session: Legal Update” from 10:20 – 11:30 am, and another titled “Forbearance & Workout” from 2:45 – 3:45 pm. The “General Session: Legal Update” panel brings together collections professionals to discuss recent case law and legal developments relevant to the equipment finance industry. The “Forbearance & Workout” panel will cover the key legal strategies lenders use to manage defaults on loans.
