Environmental Law for Attorneys and LSRPs Program
Patrick T. Mottola and John A. McKinney Jr. will serve as panelists on the Industrial Site Recovery Act (ISRA) and Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) panels, respectively, at the Rutgers University Office of Continuing Professional Education’s Environmental Law for Attorneys and LSRPs Program. The full-day program, scheduled on May 1, 2019, from 8:30 am – 4:30 pm, will be held at Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ.
