On May 9, from 8:30 – 9:30 am, Frank Peretore, a Member of the CSG Law Equipment Leasing & Asset Based Lending Team, will speak at the Equipment Leasing and Finance Association’s Legal Forum in Fort Myers, FL. Mr. Peretore’s panel, “Legal Update Part 2,” will discuss recent case law and statutory developments covering bankruptcy, the Uniform Commercial Code, and creditor litigation.
