CSG Law Welcomes Maria Matkou to Corporate Group
Chiesa Shahinian & Giantomasi (CSG Law) is pleased to announce Maria Matkou has joined the firm’s Corporate Group as an associate.
Maria focuses her practice on a broad range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, joint ventures, corporate reorganizations, financing matters, and divestitures.
Before CSG Law, Maria practiced at national and global law firms, where she advised clients on domestic and cross-border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, private equity investments, joint ventures, internal reorganizations, financing arrangements, and real estate transactions.
Maria earned her LL.B., with Honors, from Lomonosov Moscow State University, and her LL.M. from New York University School of Law, where she received the George Colin Award for Distinction in Corporate Law. She is fluent in Russian and is a beginner in Chinese.
