CSG Law Welcomes Associates Phoebe Elizabeth Gresser and Anthony J. Zarillo III
Chiesa Shahinian & Giantomasi (CSG Law) is pleased to announce the arrival of two associates – Phoebe Elizabeth Gresser and Anthony J. Zarillo III. Phoebe joins the Immigration Group, and Anthony the Redevelopment, Land Use & Zoning Group.
While in law school, Phoebe was a student attorney for the Columbus School of Law’s Immigrant and Refugee Advocacy Clinic where she represented low-income immigrant and refugee clients pursuing asylum cases before the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services. There, she drafted pleadings, applications, declarations and memoranda. Phoebe has also worked on numerous political campaigns on both the state and federal level and served as a legal intern at a full-service law firm headquartered in Krakow, Poland.
Before law school, Phoebe was the Director of Investor Relations at a regional center for five years. In this role, she gained hands-on experience with the EB-5 process, including private placement memorandums, subscription agreements, business plans, operating agreements, and various other U.S. immigration related legal documents.
Phoebe earned her J.D. and Law and Public Policy Certificate from The Catholic University of America – Columbus School of Law and her B.S. from Lewis & Clark College.
Before joining CSG Law, Anthony was an associate attorney at a New Jersey-based law firm where he prepared and managed all aspects of planning board and zoning board applications in a wide variety of complex residential and commercial land use and zoning matters. He also gained valuable experience in land use litigation and affordable housing.
Following law school, Anthony served as a law clerk to the Honorable Maritza Berdote Byrne, New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division.
While in law school, Anthony served as a Comments Editor for the Penn State Law Review. He also worked as a student intern for Penn State Law’s Entrepreneur Assistance Clinic, an initiative dedicated to providing pro bono legal services to startup and early-stage businesses. Anthony was also a judicial intern for the Honorable Mary Gibbons Whipple with the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division.
Anthony earned his J.D., cum laude, from The Pennsylvania State University, Penn State Law and his B.S., magna cum laude, from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
