CSG Law Welcomes 2 Attorneys to Real Estate, Equipment Leasing & Finance Groups
Chiesa Shahinian & Giantomasi (CSG Law) is pleased to announce Jennifer Nichole Harrison has joined the firm’s Real Estate Group as Counsel, and Juan S. Olivo-Castro has joined the Equipment Leasing & Finance Group as an associate.
Before CSG Law, Jennifer was a partner at a regional law firm where she focused on all aspects of real estate law, including residential and commercial transactions, drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, and representing borrowers and lenders in commercial finance transactions. She approaches clients with practical solutions, advising on acquisitions, dispositions and financing matters.
During law school, Jennifer interned at a northern New Jersey-based law firm. She earned her law degree from New York Law School and her bachelor’s degree from The College of New Jersey.
Juan was an associate at various New York-based law firms prior to CSG Law, where he gained experience managing, pursuing, and defending breaches of contract as well as commercial foreclosures. He is versatile in his practice, providing counsel on a wide range of complex commercial disputes, including financial services litigation and general commercial disputes. Juan also handles corporate and transactional matters, such as drafting, consulting, operating and placement agreements.
In law school, Juan was the Alumni Affairs and Symposium Editor for Vol. 37 of the Hofstra Labor & Employment Law Journal. He also served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Ramon A. Reyes. Jr. in the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of New York.
Juan earned his J.D., cum laude, from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University and his B.A. from the State University of New York at New Paltz. Juan is fluent in Spanish.
