CSG Law Names Tremain Stanley Chair of Family Law Group

Chiesa Shahinian & Giantomasi PC (CSG Law) is pleased to announce that Tremain Stanley has been named Chair of CSG Law’s Family Law Group, joining her colleague and fellow chair, Susan Reach Winters, in the leadership of the practice group.

Tremain, who is also the group’s Practice Group Leader, is a seasoned litigator and mediator with more than 20 years of experience handling family and matrimonial disputes including divorce, child support and custody, alimony and domestic violence.

“Tremain and I have worked together for many years, and, from the beginning, I have been in awe of her leadership strengths and her aptitude as a lawyer in the arena of family law,” said Susan Reach Winters. “Throughout her career, Tremain has continually earned the respect of her colleagues, adversaries and judges, and demonstrated her ability to meet the challenges ahead of her. She’s a superstar.”

In 2015, Tremain participated in the Supreme Court of New Jersey’s Domestic Violence Pilot Program, which sought to explore the possibility of economic mediation in disputes in which there is a final restraining order.

“I have been a part of Susan’s team for more than 20 years and I am honored to continue collaborating with her in this new role to expand opportunities for the group,” Tremain Stanley said.

Tremain earned her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law, where she was co-chair of the Seton Hall Women’s Law Forum. She earned her B.A., in History and French, from Ursinus College.

Susan Reach Winters is the author of That Will Never Happen to Us, which provides tips, strategies and other insight into the gamut of financial, emotional and familial considerations that must go into a successful and lasting relationship, and she is a co-author of Thomson West’s New Jersey Family Law and Practice with Forms, Vols. 10-12, a three-volume, comprehensive, yet practical, guide to family law statutes and procedures in New Jersey. Additionally, she co-authored Domestic Relations—Legal Forms, which deals with the transactional aspects of Family Law and contains extensive forms and analysis, including tax analysis, marital settlement agreements, child custody and time sharing, spousal support, and prenuptial agreements.
