CSG Law Names Michael Cross Practice Group Leader of Litigation Group
Chiesa Shahinian & Giantomasi PC (CSG Law) is pleased to announce Member Michael Cross has been elevated to Practice Group Leader of the firm’s Litigation Group, joining Member Lisa M. Colone in this role.
Michael has been practicing law for nearly 15 years and maintains a broad and sophisticated litigation practice, with experience representing clients in complex disputes across a wide range of industries and subject areas. He is a member of the American Heart Association’s Executive Leadership Team, supporting the nation’s oldest and largest voluntary organization dedicated to combating cardiovascular disease, and he also serves on the Board of Grit Healthcare NJ, a nonprofit mental health agency committed to providing accessible and high-quality behavioral health services to individuals and families across New Jersey.

The CSG Law Litigation Group has been strategically assembled to ensure nimble representation and optimal alignment with client needs. With more than 80 trial-tested former federal prosecutors and seasoned commercial litigators, the group takes pride in their courtroom skills, but works to avoid litigation through counseling, strategic planning and pre-litigation negotiation. The team regularly litigates in federal and state trial-level and appellate courts, before administrative agencies and in alternative dispute resolution forums such as arbitration and mediation.
Michael is committed to fostering lasting relationships with his clients and delivering practical, results-driven solutions, while advocating passionately. Prior to his new leadership role, he served on several other committees within CSG Law and was recently Co-Chair of the firm’s Summer Associate Program.
He earned his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law and his B.A. in Finance from James Madison University.
